an abundant life
- A diet of fruits, whole
grains and vegetables: 3 meals a day of fresh
natural foods.
- Exercise: 4-5 hours per
week decreases by 60% the incidence of breast and 85% of colon
cancer. Exercise strengthens the heart and lowers the blood
pressure.
- Clean water: Dehydration contributes to
every disease.
- Sunlight: our first home
was outside ( the Garden of Eden ), how can the sun that God made
be harmful to us?
- Temperance: Eliminate
artificial items from your life, certainly from your diet. Dyes,
food colorings, drugs, preservatives, MSG, the bad fats, refined
and processed foods.
- Fresh Air: Tumors grow
better in indoor air. Oxygen inhibits the progress of every
disease.
- Sleeping @ the proper
time: Restorative hormones are produced between 9:30 and 2 AM.
- Stress Relief: Build a
twenty minute time-out into your day. Use meditation,
visualization or relaxation to de-stress. Mental stress can do
physical harm to the body.
- Gratitude: being thankful
and grateful for life and all the good things we are blessed
with.
- Benevolence: caring for
and loving others, especially in their time of need.
This is allowing God to work through
